Reservation Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Reservations that you wish to make must be selected and confirmed in our system by clicking on the corresponding button.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The reservation form will contain the reference of the selected house, your name and surname, number of days, email address, telephone number, the price in the corresponding currency (taxes included), and the address where the house is located. Once the reservation confirmation is received, we will proceed to send an email with the reservation details, as well as the information on how to access the house. The confirmation is instantaneous and you can access the house on the agreed date.<\/p>\n

Reservation Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Once the reservation order is completed, and before the arrival date, a summary will be presented identifying the reserved house, its total price (taxes included) and the client’s details. The reservation must be confirmed by clicking on the “Accept Reservation” button.<\/p>\n

Sending Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Information about the house and access instructions will be sent by email. There are no transport costs, as the confirmation and information are digital.<\/p>\n

Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our database with the aim of processing the reservation and facilitating the making of new reservations at Casa Magal\u00ed. Additionally, should you request it, you will receive information and publications related to Casa Magal\u00ed via email.<\/p>\n

Payment Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reservations will be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and AMEX). No other forms of payment will be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in real-time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the communicated data are correct.<\/p>\n

Additional Information about the Houses<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

House reservations are valid from the moment of purchase until the reserved date. Availability depends on the selected dates.<\/p>\n

Casa Magal\u00ed is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your reservation. We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to anyone (including third parties).<\/p>\n

Right to Cancel the Reservation and Cancellation Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

You have the right to cancel this reservation within 14 days without needing justification.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you make the reservation.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this reservation. We will carry out this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.<\/p>\n
